Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to take orders, answer questions, and provide excellent service
• Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, beverage stations, and equipment to uphold health standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; experience with coffee or bubble tea is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently
• Basic understanding of the food industry and retail math principles
• Reliable team player with good communication skills who can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay: $16.27 - $22.00 per hour
