Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and providing excellent service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices
• Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations
• Assist with food preparation tasks ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Requirements

• Prior barista or food service experience is preferred, especially in cafés or retail environments
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable team player with good communication skills
