Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, including tea blends, fruit smoothies, and specialty toppings with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions quickly and accurately
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling and preparation procedures
• Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cash register operations and balancing cash drawers at shift end
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during busy hours while maintaining a positive attitude

Requirements

• Previous barista or food service experience is preferred; experience with coffee or bubble tea is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and enthusiastically
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory tracking
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies as needed, and work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn new skills in the food industry
