Applicants must be available for weekday shifts of 5 hours or longer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, coffee drinks, and other specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices
• Engage with customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience
• Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as ingredient measurement, topping assembly, and ensuring quality standards are met
• Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations to uphold hygiene standards at all times

Skills

• Previous barista or food service experience, especially within cafés or retail food environments
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for smooth transaction processing
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and serving best practices in the food industry
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Bilingual(English/Korean) preferred
