Boba Tea Barista & Cashier (Full-Time/ Part-Time, $12-$15/hr + Tips)

Overview: We are hiring two full-time/Part-time staff members to join our team! We have one opening for full-time and one opening for the part-time. In this role, you will make boba tea drinks, serve our famous mochi donuts, and help customers at the register. We need someone who is reliable, energetic, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Status: Full-Time (35-40 hours/week) or Part-Time (15-30 hours/week)

Positions Available:

• Day Shift: Focus on opening the store, prepping ingredients, and morning service. (e.g., 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Night Shift: Focus on high-volume evening service, restocking supplies for the next day, and ensuring all closing cleaning tasks are completed. (e.g., 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
• Flexible Shift: Focus on providing additional support during peak weekend hours and filling gaps in the weekday schedule. Ideal for those who have open availability on Saturdays and Sundays. (e.g., 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM or rotating hours)

Target Start Date: March 15th, 2026 (Training may begin a few days earlier).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare boba milk teas, fruit teas, and smoothies according to recipes.
• Greet customers warmly and take orders at the register.
• Handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
• For Day Shift: Brew fresh tea and cook boba for the day.
• Keep the counter, kitchen, and seating areas clean.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or food service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Must be friendly and have a positive attitude.
• Reliable and punctual (Must be on time for your shift)
• Honest and accurate with cash handling.

Pay: $12-15 per hour + Tips

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
