Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bobarista to join EM Boba and Coffee in Lakewood, Washington. As a Bobarista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in boba and coffee preparation along with customer service will contribute to an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of boba and coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and Square POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
• Uphold company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Previous experience in boba is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling, cash handling, and basic math skills is essential.
• Familiarity with Square POS systems or similar cash register systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Work Schedule

• The hours ranges from 15-30 depending on availability.
• Evening Shifts & Weekends
