Bobarista

We seek friendly, energetic, highly motivated bobaristas who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our ideal candidate is passionate about food (boba) and service. Some general roles and tasks you may be trained in are listed below but all bobarista's are expected to learn all functions and roles. We work as a team and not as individuals.

Cashier:

• Operate POS, greet customers, and providing the best customer experience
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude
• Receive payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple/Samsung pay
• Issue refunds, exchanges, receipts, etc.
• Count and deposit invoices
• Answer any questions or concerns a customer has
• Assist bobaristas and kitchen staff

Bobarista:

• Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages
• Brew and blend beverages
• Receive and restock supplies
• Replenish bar area (refill ice, sugar, etc.)
• Must have the ability to handle long lines/rushes
• Delegate time between in-store orders and online orders (DoorDash and UberEats)
• Must be able to lift more than 40 pounds
• Keep track of where I put my phone down
• Maintain a clean bar area
• Mop, wash dishes, and take out garbage/recycling

Kitchen:

• Prep store for opening hours
• Must be able to lift more than 40 pounds
• Cook boba
• Cook pudding and herb jelly
• Maintain a clean kitchen and stock room
• Must have good time management
• Assist bobaristas and cashiers
• Maintain a fully stocked kitchen

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.70 - $22.00 per hour
