Job Description:

Luscious Dumpling is seeking a friendly and motivated Bobarista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and an interest in creating high-quality bubble tea drinks. As a Bobarista, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of boba beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring guests have a welcoming experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Cook, prepare, and maintain toppings such as boba pearls, jellies, and cheese foam to ensure freshness and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and prep area, including sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Accurately process customer orders through the POS system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and recommending drinks based on preferences.
• Restock and refill inventory of tea, toppings, and supplies; assist in placing orders when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours and catering events.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive environment.
• Experience in food service or beverage preparation is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with POS systems and ability to process transactions efficiently.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
• Attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
