Looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to be part of our team at Bambu shoppe in Ann Arbor who can continue to work throughout the year. **This is not a seasonal or summer position**

Main responsibilities and expectations include:

∙ Prepare drinks accurately according to the recipes. Need to be detail-oriented to make beautiful drinks accurately (quality is very important), and become faster as barista learns the recipe.

∙ Greet and serve products to customers in an efficient, friendly and polite manner, each time providing an experience that customers want to come back

∙ Prepare ingredients which include washing and cutting food items.

∙ Know menu alternatives for dairy free, vegan, and other requests

∙ Stock/restock and manage inventory and communicate inventory with team.

∙ Clean food service and prep areas, wash utensils, sweep/mopping floors, and bathrooms as assigned.

∙ Safely stock and constantly organize inventory, lifting up to 30lbs.

∙ Be able to work week days (when s/he is available) and at least one weekend day.

∙ Be able to learn and do opening and closing at least once a week.

Base hourly pay plus tips. Tips shared immediately.

Open to under 18yr old candidates provided it is legally allowed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $16.50 per hour
