Schedule: 20–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday

We were one of the first brands to introduce authentic Ghanaian exfoliating nets to the American market, and today we have sold over 400,000 products across our channels.

Our body butters, scrubs, lotions, and washes are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality African-sourced ingredients. Quality and craftsmanship are at the core of everything we make.

As demand continues to grow, we're expanding our production team.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Cosmetic Production Assistant Mixer to support the manufacturing and packaging of our body care products at our Brooklyn production facility.

This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with ingredients, following detailed processes, and being part of a small production team.

You will help measure, mix, produce, and package small-batch body care products including body butters, scrubs, lotions, and body washes.

This role may grow into additional hours as production demand increases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with manufacturing body butters, scrubs, lotions, and body washes following company formulations
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately using digital scales
• Mix ingredients to produce small-batch cosmetic products
• Help package finished products for customer orders
• Label, seal, and prepare products for fulfillment
• Complete production and batch documentation as required
• Perform quality checks before products move to packaging
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production workspace
• Communicate proactively about ingredient, equipment, or quality concerns

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in cosmetic, skincare, or personal care production
• Experience working in food production, manufacturing, or kitchens
• Familiarity with weighing ingredients or batch processes
• Interest in beauty, skincare, or cosmetic formulation
