Body Contouring Sales Specialist / Licensed Esthetician

We are a fast-growing body contouring and wellness studio looking for a motivated, confident, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our team as a Body Contouring Sales Specialist.

This position is perfect for someone who loves beauty, wellness, client interaction, and sales. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, educate clients on treatments, and help guide them through their body contouring journey while creating an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients regarding body contouring and wellness services
• Recommend treatment plans and package options based on client goals
• Convert consultations into package sales
• Perform body contouring and esthetic services
• Maintain detailed client notes and appointment records
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Provide excellent customer service from check-in to checkout
• Help maintain a positive, upbeat studio atmosphere

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician License required
• Previous experience in med spa, esthetics, body contouring, wellness, or beauty sales preferred
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and memberships
• Outgoing, professional, and self-motivated personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Saturday availability
• Experience with body contouring, cryo, cavitation, radio frequency, lymphatic drainage, or red light therapy is a plus
