Blu Ice Med Spa is growing and looking for an energetic, client-focused Body Contouring Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing medical spa and help clients achieve their body transformation goals. We're seeking someone who is passionate about health, wellness, aesthetics, fitness, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

No previous body contouring experience is required. We will provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive body contouring and body sculpting treatments
• Educate clients on treatment options and expected results
• Conduct client consultations and answer questions
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments
• Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals
• Maintain treatment records and client documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and professional
• Support the growth and success of the location

Qualifications

• Aesthetician license preferred but not required
• Personal training, fitness, health, wellness, or related experience strongly preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Sales or consultation experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment

Schedule

• Full-Time position
• Expected schedule ranges from 30–40 hours per week based on client demand and business needs
• Must be available to work at least one Saturday per month
• Flexibility to support a growing business is essential
