Hours of Availability between:

• 8:15am-6:00pm Monday/Wednesday
• 8:15am-7:00pm Tueday/Thursday
• 8:15am-3 Friday

Location: Sculpt Away Medical Spa – San Antonio, TX
Position Type: Part-Time - Potential for full-time in the Fall
Pay Range: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Body Contouring Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, knowledgeable in body sculpting treatments, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

An esthetician license is preferred but not required. Previous hands-on experience with body contouring treatments is required.

POSITION-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be doing all things body contouring and medical aesthetics!

• Treatments, Treatment Series and the Follow ups
• Treatments Include: Cavitation Therapy, Vaccum Therapy, Radio Frequency (RF), Wood Therapy, Lymphatic and other body sculpting treatments!
• Conduct client consultations and assess treatment goals
• Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and recommended treatment plans.
• Maintain patient medical records
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Assisting checking in clients, taking payments, taking client information, maintaining the spa's schedule
• Help Schedule consultations, treatments and follow-up appointments and keep patient records up to date
• Keeping files up to date before/after photos
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Greet guests in exceptional customer service, professionalism, friendly manner and keep clients as comfortable as possible before, during and after their treatment
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company protocols
• Actively promote treatment packages, memberships, and retail products for spa goals and individual goals (KPIs)
• Continue to improve and brainstorm more efficient ways to conduct treatment
• Interact with patients, specialists, representatives, and other departments to collaborate, or resolve matters
• Keep staff training record up to date on completed trainings.
• Assist manager with tasks as needed
• Assist consultant and technician with appointments and associated paperwork as needed

Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience performing body contouring treatments required
• Experience with cavitation, radio frequency, wood therapy, and other body sculpting modalities
• Professional image with gracious, warm and genuine personality
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and ability to master the Aesthetics Pro Online system
• Positive team-oriented attitude
• Detail oriented
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to work evenings & Saturday mornings
• Esthetician license preferred but not required
• Sales experience is a plus
