Body Contouring Specialist with Esthetician License

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Body Contouring Specialist to join our team. As a Body Contouring Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional body sculpting services to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to help clients achieve their desired body goals. Sales experience is essential; you must be able to sign up new clients and obtain positive reviews, referrals, and re-signups from existing clients, as this is crucial for the company's expansion and for earning bonuses.

The role requires a willingness to work on Saturdays and some night shifts. (On Tuesdays to Thursdays, we are open until 8 PM)

Responsibilities:

-Conduct consultations with clients to assess their body contouring goals, medical history, and suitability for specific procedures.

-Develop customized treatment plans that align with the client’s needs and ensure realistic expectations are set.

-Perform body contouring and sculpting procedures.

-Provide pre and post-treatment instructions to clients, including necessary aftercare and potential side effects.

-Maintain a safe and sterile working environment, following all health and safety guidelines and protocols.

-Continuously educate yourself on the latest advancements and trends in body contouring and sculpting techniques.

-Keep accurate and detailed records of each client's treatment plan, progress, and outcomes.

-Collaborate with other team members and medical professionals, if required, to ensure comprehensive client care.

-Provide exceptional customer service, professionally and empathetically addressing client concerns and inquiries.

-Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality when dealing with client information.

-Educating patients about treatments

-Maintaining a high level of patient care

Servicing Non-Invasive Treatments:

-Ultrasonic Cavitation (Ultrasound fat reduction body treatment)

-Laser-Sculpt Lipo (Laser fat reduction body treatment)

-Therma-Lift (Radio Frequency tightening for face and body)

-Muscle Tightening

Skills/Experience Required:

- Excellent communication is critical

- Experience upselling and negotiating into packages is required

- High level of professionalism

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize

- Ability to think critically and adapt to a fast-paced environment

- Good organization and time management skills

- High level of attention to detail

- Pro-active and positive attitude toward completing tasks

Preferred:

- Experience working with a diverse range of clients and body types.

- Knowledge of both non-invasive and minimally invasive body sculpting techniques.

- Familiarity with any specialized equipment or technology used in body contouring procedures

- Experience with HydraFacial MD treatments

- Experience with Dermaplaning facials
