Role Overview

Due to high demand from both existing and new clients, our Spa Manager is looking for a

Cryo Specialist Technician to help service our growing client list. This is a

unique opportunity, you are not expected to build or find your own clientele. Clients

are provided for you. Our Spa Manager handles all consultations and treatment plans;

your role is to step in as a trusted technician and deliver exceptional, personalized

service on each visit. This is a service-first position, we are not looking for a

salesperson, but someone who is warm, skilled, and truly passionate about helping

people feel their best. Paid training is included.

Client Experience

• Welcome clients with genuine warmth and enthusiasm at every visit
• Guide clients safely and confidently through body contouring sessions
• Ensure each client feels seen, valued, and well taken care of
• Deliver a consistently personalized experience by remembering client preferences,

goals, and progress

• Create a positive, uplifting atmosphere in the wellness space

Goal Accountability & Wellness Support

• Check in with clients on their wellness goals and celebrate their progress
• Gently encourage consistency and follow-through between visits
• Share knowledge and enthusiasm for healthy lifestyle habits including nutrition,

hydration, movement, and recovery

• Provide motivation and positive reinforcement to keep clients engaged and committed

Operations

• Arrive on time for client appointments and prepared
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Follow all safety protocols related to equipment and client well-being Communicate any client feedback or concerns to management promptly

Experience

• Valid licensure as an esthetician with experience in laser treatments, dermabrasion, or other advanced skincare procedures preferred.
• Proven background in customer service with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Hands-on experience with body contouring is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within esthetic or spa environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an energetic approach that motivates clients toward their aesthetic goals

Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor | Flat Fee Paid Training Included | Weekly Pay of $200 + tips with room to add hours
