Responsibilities

• Perform Shaped’s signature sculpting treatments with precision and care, following all training and protocol guidelines
• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, relaxing, and professional client experience
• Educate clients on treatment benefits and confidently recommend follow-up sessions, packages, or memberships aligned with their goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment space in compliance with all health and safety standards
• Properly operate, clean, and care for all treatment tools and equipment
• Assist with appointment flow, client check-ins, and overall studio operations to ensure a seamless experience
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to answer questions and address concerns
• Support retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and proper usage
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude and strong team mindset
• Stay current with industry trends and continuously refine your skills

Position Requirements

Active Esthetician License (California)

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident and empowered
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch luxury environment
• Open to learning, growing, and mastering Shaped’s proprietary techniques
• Must be able to work weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
