Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Body Shop Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the body shop manager with daily administrative tasks.

Duties

• Customer Interaction: Greets customers, answers incoming phone calls, schedules appointments for estimates and repairs, and provides status updates on vehicle progress.
• Financial Management: Processes customer and insurance payments, help manage accounts receivable (A/R) balances and organizes vendor invoices.
• Workflow Support: Opens and monitors repair orders, maintains accurate customer files, and coordinates with estimators and technicians to ensure repairs stay on track.
• Insurance Coordination: Assists with insurance paperwork, follows up on claims, and verifies deductibles with insurance companies before vehicle completion.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
