Jim Dobson Ford is a trusted collision repair and automotive service provider dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager/Estimator to join our growing team and help lead our body shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of the body shop, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity
• Provide accurate, detailed estimates for collision repairs using estimating software
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members
• Oversee repair orders and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
• Handle customer concerns and ensure exceptional service from start to finish
• Assist with scheduling, parts ordering, and inventory management

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator, Service Advisor, or in collision repair management
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and insurance claim procedures
• Proficiency with estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell, or similar)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
