Bodyshop Manager
We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead and manage our bodyshop operations. The role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring high-quality repairs, driving revenue growth, and delivering superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bodyshop operations to achieve monthly revenue, productivity, and profitability targets.
- Monitor KPIs such as Turnaround Time (TAT), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and revenue per job card.
- Handle insurance estimates, claims processing, and coordinate with surveyors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of advisors, technicians, painters, and denters.
- Ensure adherence to OEM repair quality standards and customer service excellence.
- Control costs, reduce wastage, and manage resources efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with OEM standards, audits, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports for continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, ensuring accuracy in job cards, billing, and invoicing.
Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bodyshop management or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of insurance claim handling and OEM standards.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
