Body Technician

Minuteman Collision is a fast-growing, customer-focused collision repair company that is looking for a skilled Body Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality structural and non-structural repairs following OEM procedures and Minuteman standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform accurate teardown, repairs, and reassembly

· Complete unibody, structural, and frame repairs using proper measuring systems

· Repair/replace panels and components; perform welding, metal finishing, and cosmetic repairs

· Communicate additional damage or repair needs to the estimator/production team

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

· Support workflow efficiency and collaborate with painters, estimators, and teammates

What You Bring

· 2+ years collision repair experience (structural preferred)

· Proficiency with welding, structural repairs, and body repair tools

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop

· I-CAR certifications or willingness to train (shop-supported)
