Overview
We are seeking a Body Contouring Specialist who is both treatment-focused and sales-driven. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients achieve body transformation results while also maximizing revenue through consultations and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive body treatments (RF, cavitation, laser, etc.)
• Conduct consultations and recommend customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on services, packages, and memberships
• Close sales and meet monthly revenue goals
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensure exceptional client experience and retention
• Upsell packages, enhancements, and retail products

Qualifications

• Experience in body contouring or aesthetic treatments
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Licensed (esthetician, massage therapist, or related) preferred but not required depending on experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
