Body Waxer/Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and professional Body Waxer/Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional esthetic services, including body waxing, facials, and advanced skin treatments, while delivering outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to utilize a broad range of esthetic skills, including laser treatments, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, and more, to enhance clients’ beauty and confidence. The position requires a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare and beauty innovation.

Responsibilities

• Perform body waxing services with precision and attention to client comfort
• Deliver a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
• Utilize salon software and management systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client records
• Provide excellent customer service by assessing client needs and recommending suitable treatments
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas to ensure client safety
• Assist clients with retail sales of skincare products and beauty accessories
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques and industry trends to offer innovative services
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in accordance with state regulations
• Proven experience in body waxing, skincare treatments, and advanced esthetic procedures
• Experience with retail sales strategies
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
• Proficiency in sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing personalized attention to each client

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
