Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Pay is commission based and incentivizes hard workers (Equivalent to $12- $30 an hour depending on job), the more you work the more you make.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and surfaces; and sanitize restrooms and kitchens.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding cleaning tasks and any maintenance needs.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
