BOILER ENGINEER MALE ( Food & Packing Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Safely operate conventional boilers, monitoring pressure, temperature, and steam generation.
• Maintenance: Perform routine preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on boilers and auxiliaries like De-aerators and water treatment plants.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with boiler regulations, safety standards (HSE/OHSAS), and prepare for annual official inspections.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of steam generation, fuel consumption (and water chemistry.
• Shutdown Management: Execute maintenance during planned plant shutdowns.

Typical Requirements

• Education: B.E./BSc in Mechanical Engineering or DAE in Mechanical/Chemical.
• Certification: C-Class Boiler Engineer Competency Certificate is essential.
• Experience: 5–10 years in similar roles, particularly in manufacturing(Food Industry)
