Job Title: Boiler & Utilities Operator

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Boiler & Utilities Operator to manage and maintain utility systems essential for plant operations. The role involves operating boilers, monitoring utilities, and ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous supply of steam, water, and other services required for production.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor boilers, thermic fluid heaters, and related systems

Ensure consistent supply of steam, water, compressed air, and other utilities

Carry out routine checks on pumps, valves, pipelines, and utility equipment

Maintain proper boiler pressure, temperature, and fuel consumption levels

Perform water treatment and monitor quality parameters

Identify and troubleshoot operational issues quickly to avoid downtime

Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements

Maintain logs, records, and daily operating reports

Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance

Requirements:

Experience operating boilers and utility systems in an industrial setup

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, and instrumentation

Understanding of safety standards related to boilers and pressure systems

Ability to read gauges, meters, and process parameters

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred

Boiler operator certification is an advantage
