BOM Creation & Maintenance: Develop and update BOMs for new and existing products, ensuring all materials, parts, and quantities are accurately listed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, procurement, production, and sales to gather requirements and resolve discrepancies.
Change Management: Process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Product Change Notices (PCNs) to implement design updates.
Data Management: Enter and maintain BOM data within ERP/MRP/PLM systems (e.g., item master, warehouse codes).
Production Support: Create and manage work orders, ensuring material availability for schedules.
Cost & Efficiency: Analyze BOMs to identify cost savings and improve production efficiency.
