Bonalti – Interior Selections Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and client-focused Interior Design & Selections Coordinator to join our Custom Home Construction team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and guide homeowners through the interior selections process for custom home builds, including finishes, fixtures, flooring, countertops, cabinetry, lighting, paint selections, and overall design coordination.

You will work closely with clients, vendors, construction managers, and internal design teams to ensure all selections align with the project vision, budget, construction timeline, and company standards. This role is ideal for someone passionate about interior design, organization, customer service, and residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the complete interior selections process for custom home projects.
• Coordinate and schedule selections meetings with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist clients in selecting:
• Flooring
• Tile
• Countertops
• Cabinet finishes
• Plumbing fixtures
• Lighting fixtures
• Paint colors
• Hardware
• Interior and exterior finishes
• Maintain organized tracking of all approved selections, upgrades, allowances, and change orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and confirm pricing, lead times, and product availability.
• Prepare detailed selections packages and visual presentations for client approval.
• Ensure all selections are properly documented and communicated to construction and purchasing teams.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure selections are completed on schedule and materials arrive on time.
• Assist with budgeting and upgrade pricing while helping clients stay within allowance limits.
• Support field teams and project managers throughout the construction process to ensure accurate implementation of selections.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the build process to create a high-level customer experience.
• Stay current on interior design trends, materials, finishes, and custom home industry standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in interior design, interior selections coordination, residential construction, or custom home building preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and residential design concepts.
• Proficiency in:
• SketchUp
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Bluebeam
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Creative Suite
• (preferred but not required depending on experience level)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting, allowances, and upgrade coordination.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Preferred Experience

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
