Bond Bail Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bail Bond Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing bail bonds, providing support throughout the bail process, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, including loan origination and processing, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and legal professionals.

No Felonies or Misdemeanor Theft convictions

Duties

• Evaluate client applications for bail bonds and assess their financial situations.
• Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Prepare and review contracts related to bail agreements, ensuring compliance with TILA regulations.
• Utilize financial software to manage client accounts and track payments.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions using 10 key typing skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and guiding clients through the bail process.
• Collaborate with legal professionals to facilitate the release of clients from custody.
• Conduct basic math calculations to determine bond amounts and payment plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in loan origination, loan processing, or as a loan officer is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial services and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in using financial software for record keeping and transaction management.
• Excellent basic math skills for accurate calculations related to bond amounts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
