WHO YOU’LL CARE FOR: Three children, Ages: 2 years, 5 years, and 8 years!

OUR CHILDREN ARE: Sweeties! They thrive through play, exploring the outdoors, playing dress up, finding fairies, hiding in forts, creating magical dens. Two attend the Waldorf school, while the youngest will be with the nanny full-time embarking on daily adventures.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Someone who prioritizes love above all else. We are an English family, looking for a Waldorf nanny for our three children. We embrace an authentic, holistic, and organic lifestyle and strive to remain as grounded as possible. We resonate deeply with Waldorf principles and aim to maintain a life filled with love. Our home is child-led, and we believe in no screen time, fostering genuine connections with ourselves and those around us. We have a casual staffed household that includes a personal assistant, home manager, and housekeeper. Although we lead busy lives in music and entertainment, we are actively involved parents. We view nannies as professionals and, therefore, are committed to maintaining clear expectations and boundaries to set everyone up for success! Additionally, we are looking for a nanny who:

●Has a profound understanding of the Waldorf and Rudolf Steiner philosophies. Major plus if certified.

●Is available to alternate responsibilities for school transportation, including pickups and drop-offs.

●Is ideally able to travel to London once a year, for two months in the summer. Separate housing accommodations will be provided.

WHAT WE’RE OFFERING:

RATE: $40-$50+ per hour, based on experience.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, totaling between 45 to 60 hours per week. While we rarely exceed 50 hours, we do appreciate occasional flexibility due to the nature of our careers.The schedule will remain consistent. We are happy invite two nannies to join us if needed

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional childcare experience with a verifiable childcare and/or teaching resume.

• Certifications: Pediatric-Adult CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.

• Wildly Imaginative: A creative experience in art, theatre, or dance, and proficiency in musical instruments such as piano, clarinet, or flute.
• Familiarity with different Approaches to Education: Expertise in early childhood education, child development, and creative teaching methods Montessori, RIE, Waldorf, or Reggio Emilia. 85% of our team is certified to teach or implement these philosophies.
• Athleticism: Skilled in sports.
