Bonds Account Manager - Hybrid - Insurance - Irvine, CA

We are looking for a Bonds Account Manager to join an incredible insurance brokerage in the Orange County area. What we need from you:

• Experience - You have 3+ years of experience in Bonds (Contractors, License, Permits, and Bids)
• Knowledge - You have strong knowledge of insurance terminology, concepts, and coverages preferred
• Software - You are proficient with Microsoft Office, AMS 360, and Image Right

The Position:

• Work directly with clients to prepare and submit bond applications
• Process bonds, binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc.
• Review client history, risk, history, and project details to verify bond eligibility and bonds needed
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and other industry professionals
• Educate clients on the requirements needed for bonds
• Data entry in various platforms
