Book Designer and Illustrator

Key Responsibilities

Do not apply if you haven't worked on school book designing. This job isn't for general graphics designers. Our office is located in High Court Society, College Road, Lahore.

• Design the book’s interior layout, including typography, spacing, and visual flow.
• Create or select appealing cover designs that reflect the book’s theme and market.
• Prepare print-ready and digital files for publishers and printers.
• Ensure consistency in style, fonts, headings, and page elements.
• Collaborate with authors and editors to revise designs based on feedback.
• Select images, illustrations, and graphics where required.
• Follow publishing standards for print and e-book formats.
• Manage deadlines and deliver final files on time.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of typography and layout design.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to design for both print and digital formats.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow feedback.
• Creativity and understanding of market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing books, magazines, or other publications.
• Knowledge of printing processes and technical requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
