Book-Keeper (Accounts)

SMRtech is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and assist in smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries and bookkeeping records
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
  • Maintain ledger, cash book, and bank book
  • Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash
  • Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
  • Maintain documentation of financial transactions
  • Coordinate with management for accounts-related support
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in bookkeeping/accounts
  • Good command of MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks / Xero / ERP preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in payroll assistance and tax documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Pakistani taxation and withholding (a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
