SMRtech is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and assist in smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries and bookkeeping records
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Maintain ledger, cash book, and bank book
- Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Maintain documentation of financial transactions
- Coordinate with management for accounts-related support
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in bookkeeping/accounts
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks / Xero / ERP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in payroll assistance and tax documentation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Pakistani taxation and withholding (a plus)

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
