Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction/Electrical Contracting accounting, possess excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in financial concepts and accounting software.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Perform accounting tasks such as budgeting, journal entries, and accounts payable
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports
- Handle general ledger accounting duties
- Utilize accounting software such as quick books for financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
- Process Payroll (Through Payroll Service)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus but not mandatory
- Proven experience in accounting, general ledger accounting, and financial concepts
- Proficiency in accounting software like Quickbooks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
