Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded in the accounting system
• Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently, verifying all entries for accuracy
• Assist with preparing financial reports, summaries, and documentation for audits or management review
• Monitor budget adherence by tracking expenses and highlighting discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely reporting

Requirements

• Previous experience or training in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners
• Basic understanding of financial principles, including debits, credits, and reconciliations
• A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the finance field
