Role Overview

The Booking Administrator will be responsible for handling reservations, coordinating with guests and partners, and maintaining accurate booking records. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and booking inquiries across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with guests to confirm bookings, special requests, and payment details.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Collaborate with operations and guest services teams to ensure smooth check-ins.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve booking-related issues promptly.
• Prepare booking reports and updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari hospitality regulations.
• Support marketing campaigns by tracking booking trends and guest feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in booking administration, reservations, or hospitality operations.
• Strong knowledge of booking systems and reservation software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
