ABOUT TSE ENTERTAINMENT

TSE Entertainment is a 50-year-old Austin, Texas-based talent buying and event management agency specializing in nationally recognized touring artists and headline entertainment for major events, public shows, fairs, festivals, casinos, theme parks, and corporate productions. We book artists through non-exclusive relationships with the industry’s top agencies including CAA, WME, UTA, and The Team (formerly Wasserman), operating from offices in Austin, New York, Florida, and California.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Booking Agent / Talent Buyer to manage and execute a high-volume entertainment program across five core markets, while developing new business across the U.S. and Canada. This is a results-driven role for a booking professional who thrives on volume, relationships, and routing strategy.

  • Americana / Folk
  • Blues
  • Jazz
  • Latin
  • Electronic / Dance (EDM)

PERFORMANCE STANDARD

All booked artists must deliver a minimum 75-minute performance aligned with client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 5+ years of talent buying or booking experience in live entertainment
  • Established relationships with talent agencies (CAA, WME, UTA, The Team preferred)
  • Proven track record booking 40+ shows annually
  • Experience with admission-included entertainment environments (fairs, festivals, casinos, or theme parks)
  • Proficiency with touring data, streaming analytics, and industry booking tools (Pollstar, Spotify for Artists, Soundcharts, or similar) to evaluate artist performance and market fit
  • Strong understanding of radius clause dynamics and contract compliance

Preferred

  • Experience in multi-market, high-volume booking programs
  • Familiarity with routing strategy and tour alignment optimization
  • Business development experience with commission-based new account origination
