Bookkeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Bookkeeper who is proficient in QuickBooks, understands fundamental accounting principles, and has working knowledge of US tax laws. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and able to maintain accurate financial records for a fast-growing multi-brand eCommerce operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online
• Record and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements
• Maintain accurate ledgers, financial records, and supporting documents
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reports
• Oversee expense tracking, categorization, and financial accuracy
• Assist with 1099s, sales tax, and basic federal/state compliance
• Coordinate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning
• Monitor vendor payments and reconcile marketplace payouts (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.)
• Work with CPA for quarterly and annual filings

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant
• Strong command of QuickBooks Online (must)
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP)
• Working knowledge of US tax rules, sales tax, and compliance
• Experience with eCommerce bookkeeping (Amazon/Shopify/Walmart) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills & ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-brand financial management
• Knowledge of inventory accounting & COGS allocation
• Familiarity with payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
• Ability to create clean monthly financial packages for leadership review

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
