Drywall Enterprise LLC is a commercial drywall and metal framing contractor serving Indiana and surrounding states. We are looking for a detail oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day to day accounting operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and support job cost tracking
- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month end processes
- Support payroll preparation
- Manage subcontractor compliance documents (W9s insurance certificates etc)
- Prepare and track lien waivers and payment applications
- Communicate with vendors subcontractors and internal staff
- Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed
Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule
