Reports To: Finance Controller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Book Keeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including financial recording and reporting. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's overall goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company's financial objectives.
- Manage day to day accounting task in QuickBook and as assigned by the management.
- Manage relationships with external financial institutions (creditors, suppliers and stakeholders).
- Stay up-to-date on relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with any relevant professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, ICMA, etc.), will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the same industry and with a focus on audit firm experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
