Bookkeeper

We are a Chartered Accountants firm specializing in providing quality tax, business management accounting, bookkeeping and advisory services to our range of small to Medium enterprises and high net worth group structures.

Due to our continued business growth and success, an exciting opportunity now exists in our firm for female bookkeepers who can start immediately and has experience with reconciliations.

Practical training on a frequent basis will be provided to the successful applicant.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping
• Bank reconciliation
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• General Ledger account reconciliations
• Client payroll processing
• Preparation of Business Activity Statements
• Maintenance of client files;
• General office and administration tasks, including written and verbal correspondence
• Maintaining Client relationships
• Liaison with senior accountants to prepare end of year financials and income tax returns

Requirements for the Role:

• Must be a female
• Part or full CA/ACCA qualified
• Bookkeeping experience
• Experienced using computerized accounting software
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Studying Towards Accounting and Finance.
