Centennial Accounting Group (CAG) is a growing, full-service accounting and advisory firm serving small and mid-sized businesses across Colorado and nationwide. We provide bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, sales tax compliance, and business advisory services.

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented QuickBooks Certified Bookkeeper to join our team in-office. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, accuracy, and professional growth within an established accounting firm.

Position Overview

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for multiple clients, performing data entry, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end processes. This is a structured 9–5 in-person position requiring strong focus, accountability, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily transaction entry in QuickBooks Online
• Accurate categorization of income and expenses
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Maintain organized digital documentation
• Identify discrepancies and resolve bookkeeping errors
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding missing documentation
• Support tax and accounting team as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active QuickBooks Certification (Required – proof must be provided)
• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple client files
• Professional communication skills
