Bookkeeper

Cycle Visions is a leading independent motorcycle repair and retail shop located in Old Town San Diego. Since 1996, we’ve built a strong reputation in the Harley-Davidson community for quality service, custom parts manufacturing, rentals, and retail sales.

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Office Manager to run the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our business. This is a key role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organized, and keeping a fast-paced shop running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Full responsibility for QuickBooks Online (must be highly proficient)
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
• Handle daily retail and wholesale sales entries
• Manage A/R and A/P
• Inventory tracking and control
• Customer support (phone and email)
• Bank deposits and vendor statement reconciliation
• End-of-month closings and coordination with accountants
• Insurance tracking and renewals
• HR support and workers’ comp audit participation
• Ordering office/shop supplies
• General filing and administrative support
• Assist with owner’s personal financial organization

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail/wholesale environment
• Good communication skills and a take-charge attitude
• Flexible and willing to handle a variety of tasks
