Job Summary
The Bookkeeper is responsible for accurate day-to-day accounting, payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable management, and financial reporting. Must be punctual, have excellent time management skills, and a good attitude.

Responsibilities

Core Bookkeeping & Accounting (Primary

Key Relationships

  • Reports to: President (primary)
  • Works closely with: President, Vice President, Director of Administration, Project Management Team, external vendors, and auditors.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Full-time, primarily on-site at our office in Sewickley, PA.
  • Standard schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday. 7am-3:30pm; longer hours as needed.

Compensation: Hourly wage commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus competitive benefits including health insurance (Employer pays 85%); 401(k) with company match; paid time off; voluntary dental insurance (Employee pays 100%)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
