Bookkeeper

Work ON-SITE for dental office located in Stillwater. Must have experience with QuickBooks. Existing bookkeeper will remain available to train.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Payables (No Receivables)

Monthly Payroll

Quarterly and annual payroll form filings

MN Care Tax Calculation and Filing

Sales and Use Tax Calculation and Filing

Monthly financial reconciliations

Monthly financial statements

NO Income Tax Preparation (Handled by a separate Accountant)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
