BOOKKEEPER
POSITION SUMMARY
Full time role in a variety of duties that provides support to company activities with specific responsibility for the processing, recording, updating, and reconciling accounting/financial information. This position will be based at the Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Meridian, Idaho office.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform general accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Journal Entries, and Reconciliations across various companies and multiple systems.
2. Examine and analyze accounting records to assess correctness and completeness.
3. Prepare bank deposits and customer billings.
4. Reconcile accounts in a timely manner, resolving open items and following up appropriately.
5. Perform monthly agent billings, prepare monthly rent payments, update agent and vendor profiles, and maintain systems for any related agents matters.
6. Review and account for monthly Credit Card Reconciliations, including the proper General Ledger account coding and rebilling of shared charges to related companies.
7. Correspond with vendors, agents and intercompany offices and respond to inquiries.
8. Set-up new agents, referrals and suppliers including W-9 review and TIN matching.
9. Assist with year-end 1099 preparation, review and distribution annually.
10. Work closely with Northwest Client Services (NWCS) team to include accounting for inventory properties and accounts payable.
11. Assist local office management and staff with any work or agent matters.
12. Perform special projects and other accounting activities as needed.
JOB COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE:
· Accounting education preferred or a minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive bookkeeping experience.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
· Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects across multiple platforms
· Excellent Communication skills and attention to detail
· Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical
· Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
· Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
