Bookkeeper

IronClad Consulting Services, a fractional accounting and financial advisory service provider, is looking for a Bookkeeper to add to the team. IronClad works with all industries including but not limited to Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, E-commerce, Technology, Non-Profit, Business Services, Medical Device, & Healthcare. Responsibilities:

• Manage transaction coding for multiple clients in various accounting systems
• Assist with preparation of monthly reconciliations
• Work within the client's inventory system from an purchase order and sales order perspective to ensure accurate handling of AP, AR, and inventory
• Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Sales Tax, and Inventory Transactions with a high level of accuracy and autonomy
• Maintain transactions on an accrual basis and the ability to identify areas of concern
• Learn new softwares based on the accounting and financial environment our client's have
• 1099/W9 management across multiple clients
• Organizational and Time Management across clients to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective communication with internal and external teams to meet 24-hr SLA

Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Minimum 1 years of professional Accounting experience, full cycle preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
• Advanced experience with QuickBooks Online required, NetSuite experience (preferred)
• Intermediate Excel skills required
• Excellent communications skills - written, verbal and interpersonal - and an ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences
• In depth understanding of wholesale, distribution, and direct to consumer environments
• Proven consumer packaged goods experience required
• E-Commerce Experience Required (Shopify, Amazon, other like Woo Commerce a plus, etc)
• Ability to learn and adapt to different systems and clients
• Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy
• Self-Starter and ability to work independently or part of a team
