Bookkeeper

Looking for a Very Part-Time Bookkeeper

Seeking a dependable and organized bookkeeper for a small rental company with multiple rental properties.

• Approximately 10–15 hours per month
• Pay negotiable
• 1099 / independent contractor position

This person would be responsible for:

• Income and expense tracking
• Rent and property expense bookkeeping
• Bank reconciliations
• Financial organization
• Quarterly accounting/tax reporting prep
• General bookkeeping for multiple rentals

Looking for someone with bookkeeping experience who can work independently and keep things organized and up to date.
