Key Responsibilities:


· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies, including petty cash

· Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

· Prepare sales invoices and manage settlements

· Liaise with third parties for payment collection

· Provide administrative support as needed

· Assist in management accounting, including costing and budgeting

· Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

· Support taxation-related processes and compliance

· Support audits by providing necessary documentation


Qualifications & Skills:


· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

· Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks / Tally / Zoho Books / SAP / Oracle / Xero)

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially

· Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role

· Educational background in Accounting and Finance
