Bookkeeper

Applied Image Group is seeking an experienced part-time Bookkeeper to support our accounting and financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for a busy commercial print and marketing services company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enter journal entries
• Process remote bank deposits
• Enter and manage accounts payable
• Manage accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly sales tax filings
• Complete monthly closing of the books
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Prepare weekly check runs to pay vendors
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications

• Prior bookkeeping experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with accounting systems and financial records
• Reliable transportation to the Tampa office
• Ability to work on-site at least two days per week
• Professional, organized, and dependable
