As the billing associate at BP Lawn Sprinklers, you will be responsible but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

• Client invoicing
• Prepare quotes and installation proposals
• Manage Accounts receivable & accounts payable
• Past Due account collections
• Fleet maintenance tracking
• Expense tracking
• Light payroll duties
• Bank deposit preparation

Skills

The qualified applicant should have:

• Microsoft Excel experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Attention to detail
• Organized

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
